Why We Are Different

REITs vs. Ajohomes

REITs offer diversification and liquidity but give you zero ownership or control. You’re a passive  investor with no say in decisions. Ajohomes gives you actual ownership, voting rights on major decisions, and direct connection to the properties you own.

Crowdfunding vs. Ajohomes

Crowdfunding often uses debt-based lending, not equity ownership. You’re a creditor, not an owner. Ajohomes makes you a true co-owner with all owner benefits and options.

Traditional Co-Ownership vs. Ajohomes

Informal co-ownership with friends/family lacks professional legal structuring and clear exit strategies. It can get messy. Ajohomes provides professional legal structuring, vetted co-owners, standardized processes, and professional property management

Our Impact

AjoHomes isn’t just creating investors, we’re reshaping the system.

Wealth Redistribution

When 10 families own a $650K property together instead of one wealthy investor, that’s economic justice. Rental income stays in the community.

Housing Access

Our professionally-managed properties provide quality rental housing while our investor-members build wealth.

Generational Impact

Property ownership breaks poverty cycles. Working-class families can pass property to their children, use equity as collateral, and build generational wealth.
