Choose Your Pod

Select between Savings Pod (save over time) or Custom Pod (one-time lump sum investment). Choose your purchase method: Cash Purchase or Mortgage Purchase

Step 4

Pod Formation & Legal Process

Once your pod reaches the required number of members, the Legal entity formation and formalizing the legal structure is completed by professional counsel

Step 5

Fund Your Investment

Savings Pod: Automatic bi-weekly debits on 16th and 30th each month is set up. Custom Pod: Make your one-time lump sum contribution

Step 6

Property Selection

Once contribution is completed, the property search begins. Review property options presented by our team and vote democratically (60% approval required) to select your investment property.

Step 7

Property Acquisition and Management

For Mortgage purchase method, Mortgage approval processed. Property purchased and closing completed. For Cash purchase, the closing takes place. Professional property management takes over operations.

Step 8

Monitor Your Investment

Track your ownership stake and property performance through your dashboard. Receive quarterly financial statements showing rental income, expenses, and appreciation. Participate in major decisions via democratic voting.

Step 9

Exit & Returns

After 3-5 years, the property is sold at optimal market timing. Proceeds are distributed to you based on your ownership percentage. Choose to take your returns or reinvest in a new pod to continue building your portfolio.
