A Pod is a group of 10–20 verified investors who collectively fund, own, and earn from a multi-family rental property. AjoHomes handles all legal, mortgage, and management responsibilities while members share income and appreciation based on their investment percentage.

Any Canadian resident or permanent resident aged 18 or older can join AjoHomes after completing KYC verification. You don’t need to be a homeowner or have a high income — just the desire to invest in real estate collaboratively.

The minimum investment varies by Pod type:

• Savings Pods: Start as low as $500 bi-weekly.

• Custom Pods: Typically begin at a $10,000 one-time investment.

Each property is typically held for 3 to 5 years. During that period, investors receive regular rental income distributions and quarterly performance reports. At the end of the cycle, the property is sold, and profits are distributed to Pod members.

AjoHomes focuses on multi-family residential properties in stable, high-demand Canadian markets. Each property is carefully vetted through due diligence to ensure strong rental income and appreciation potential.

All investors receive rental income and capital appreciation in proportion to their ownership share. Payments and reports are managed through your AjoHomes dashboard, ensuring complete transparency.

While the investment term is designed for 3–5 years, early exit options may be available if another investor within the Pod buys your share. AjoHomes facilitates this through our internal marketplace whenever possible.

Each Pod operates as a legally registered entity, with contracts signed by all members. Funds are held securely, and all transactions are documented through our regulated platform and monitored by financial and legal partners.

You can monitor your property’s performance, view income reports, and participate in Pod voting directly from your AjoHomes investor dashboard in real time.

AjoHomes charges a management and administrative fee to cover property management, platform maintenance, and reporting. All fees are disclosed upfront before you invest — no hidden costs.

Yes! Through our Referral Program, you earn points or cash rewards for each successful referral. 10 points = 1 referral; 50 points = $250 cash or credits toward future investments.
